Please Co-Sponsor the ABLE Age Adjustment Act

In 2014 the Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act created a new way for families with special needs to save and pay for disability-related expenses using a tax-advantaged account.  Although this savings tool has helped families across the country,
the current law limits its use to individuals who acquired their disability before turning 26 years of age. The ABLE Age Adjustment Act would ensure this tool was accessible to more Americans in need by increasing that age threshold from 26 to 46 years of
age.
