The Co-Chairs of the House Army Caucus request the pleasure of your company at an evening reception to welcome the 23rd Secretary of the Army, the Honorable Mark T. Esper.  In addition to the Secretary, we will be joined by General Mark Milley,
the 39th Chief of Staff of the Army, the Army Senior Leaders, and the Army Staff.  This reception provides an important opportunity for Members to interact directly with Dr. Esper and General Milley, as well as the Army Staff, to gain their perspectives

forward to seeing you all there.
