Support American Victims of PLO Terrorism

On April 6, 2017, the U.S. House of Representatives submitted an amicus brief to the Supreme Court in support of the plaintiffs’ appeal in
Sokolow v. PLO, a case about the Anti-Terrorism Act of 1992 (“ATA”).  On June 26, the Supreme Court asked the Solicitor General to offer the views of the Administration on the case before it decides whether to grant cert.  The request has now been
pending for almost four months without a response from the Administration.
