he World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 10% of all transplanted organs worldwide are illegally obtained, coerced from vulnerable people or forcibly harvested from prisoners and oppressed minorities. Terrorist groups such as ISIS in Syria and Iraq have reportedly been harvesting and selling organs from prisoners being held by the terror organization.

Our country’s immigration court system is overwhelmed by the number of cases, particularly refugees from Central America fleeing drug and criminal violence as well as corrupt government institutions that infringe on basic human rights. These circumstances have resulted in more than 474,025 pending cases, with some being delayed until 2020. To require that our courts get through this backlog in its present state, this would mean that each present judge team be responsible for nearly 2,000 cases.
