These are neighborhoods where housing is typically affordable and where quality of life—measured by employment rates, crime rates, and school performance—is sufficiently good so that new home buyers are willing to play the odds and choose these neighborhoods
over others in hopes they will improve rather than decline.

Protect our National Monuments – Send a letter to Secretary Zinke (v. 2)

Last month, President Trump signed the Executive Order on the Review of Designations Under the Antiquities Act, which requires that Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke conduct a review of national monuments designated over the past 21 years, particularly
those that are 100,000 acres or larger. The EO also allows for review of monuments “made without adequate public outreach,” so smaller monuments may be up for review as well.
