Please join us to request funding for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Continuing Authorities Program (CAP) in the Energy and Water Appropriations Act for FY2020. The CAP authorizes the USACE to plan, design and construct small-scale water resource

The Ethics Reform Act of 1989 established the current formula for the automatic annual pay adjustment for Members of Congress, which automatically goes into effect unless denied statutorily by Congress. Many of our constituents do not receive an automatic
pay increase, and neither should Members of Congress. That is why I re-introduced the No Vote, No Raise Act that repeals the provision of law that provides for this automatic increase. If any increases need to take place, I believe Congress should have a
transparent and public vote to do so.
We urge you to join us in signing the letter below requesting that the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Subcommittee includes language to ensure no funding is authorized for U.S. Department of Agriculture

Please join us in urging the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Subcommittee to increase funding of the Hazardous Substance Superfund Account to at least $1.46 billion in the FY 2020 budget.

Please join me in supporting full funding for the current authorized discretionary levels for the Essential Air Service in the Fiscal Year 2020 Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies appropriations bill.
