Have you heard from federal workers who have been negatively impacted by the President’s executive orders and directives that targeted and undermined collective bargaining rights for the federal workforce? Do you want to help ensure that federal workers
maintain strong collective bargaining rights and guarantees for official time, have the tools and support they need to advance issues for working families, provide equal opportunities for all federal workers, and raise the standards by which professional and
technical workers are employed? If so, I invite you to join us and be an original cosponsor of the Protect Collective Bargaining and Official Time for Federal Workers Act.
This bill would support the rights of our federal workers and ensure adherence to all federal labor-management laws previously passed by Congress and signed into law. Specifically, the bill would nullify EO 13836, 13837, 13839, and the Presidential Memorandum
on the Delegation of Certain Authority under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statue, issued to the Secretary of Defense on January 29, 2020.
Please contact Emily Wallis on my staff (email@example.com or 6-9581) should you have any questions or would like to be added as a co-signer.
Original Co-Sponsors opportunity will close at 4pm TODAY!!!!
