Please join us in cosponsoring H.R. 3749, the Legal Services for Homeless Veterans Act!
The bipartisan legislation directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide grants to organizations that provide legal services to homeless veterans and veterans at risk for homelessness.
The bill would help veterans with a lack of access to legal representation to address outstanding warrants or fines, child support matters, license revocations, and other legal matters that contribute to their risk of becoming or remaining homeless.
We would greatly enjoy your support of the measure. To cosponsor, please contact Matthew Manning (email@example.com).
Thank you in advance for your consideration.
