The event will feature a conversation with Dr. Regina Benjamin, MD 18th Surgeon General of the United States, and Dr. Nadine Burke Harris, Surgeon General of California, as they discuss the impact the current
Administration has had on Children’s Health in relation to Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) and Toxic Stressors.
There will be Opening Remarks by Dr. Maria Trent, MD, MPH, Professor of Pediatrics, Johns Hopkins Medicine who will discuss the impacts that racism and bias have on ACE’s.
