Dear Colleague:

 

The Committee on Veterans’ Affairs is hosting its Member Day Hearing on Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., in room
210 of the House Visitors Center (HVC 210).  You are invited to testify on veterans’ issues within the Committee’s
jurisdiction
in the 116th Congress.  This hearing is an opportunity for Members of the U.S. House of Representatives to highlight specific legislation or issue(s) of importance to you, and your constituents.

 

If you wish to appear before the Committee to present oral testimony please contact the Chief Clerk, Rasheedah Hasan, at x59756.  Members
are allowed 5 minutes to present their testimony. Your written statement should be no more than five pages and emailed to 
HVAC.MemberDay@mail.house.gov,
by Monday, September 9, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. 

 

If you would like to provide input but are unable to attend in person, written testimony can be submitted electronically to
the Committee for placement in the public hearing record and also emailed to 
HVAC.MemberDay@mail.house.gov.
 Please submit your statement no later than
Monday, September 9, 2019, at 10:00 am
, and indicate that you would not like to appear before the Committee in the body of your email.
