Dear Colleague:

The Committee on Education and Labor invites you to testify before the Committee about your interests and priorities as it relates to the policies under the Committee’s jurisdiction for the 116th Congress.  The Members’ Day Hearing also allows
you to voice the concerns of your constituents in a public forum.  The hearing will take place on
Thursday, March 14, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. in room 2175 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

If you would like to appear before the Committee, please contact the Chief Clerk, Tylease Alli, at x5-3725.  Your statement should also be emailed to
E&LTestimony@mail.house.gov no later than Wednesday, March 13th at 6 pm.  Members are allowed 5-minute blocks of time to present their testimony and answer any questions from the Members of the Committee.
 Please indicate that you would like to appear before the Committee, in-person, to present your oral testimony. The Clerk will contact your office to provide a time slot.

WRITTEN TESTIMONY: If you are unable to testify in person, Members may submit a written statement to the Committee at
E&LTestimony@mail.house.gov.  Please provide the Committee with an electronic copy of your statement by Wednesday, March 13th at 6 pm.  Please indicate that you would not like to appear before the
Committee in the body of your email.
