The Office of the Clerk will email an electronic copy of your 2018 Individual Voting Record directly to your office next week.
The Individual Voting Record is an electronic compilation of your cumulative official voting record, as well as a summary of the legislative actions of the House disposed of by Roll Call votes. The material being distributed to your office covers the months
of January through December, 2018.
This electronic version will be emailed to your Chief of Staff in PDF format. It will also include links to the Clerk’s website enabling access to official results of Roll Call votes and to Congress.gov enabling access to the Congressional Record.
Should you wish to have a different member of your staff receive the Individual Voting Record, please send a signed letter indicating any change to Dale Thomas, Chief, Legislative Resource Center, Office of the Clerk, B81, Cannon HOB by close of business, Tuesday,
February 5, 2019.
The Individual Voting Record will be emailed to the Chief of Staff or designated staffer in PDF format on Wednesday, February 6, 2019.
