Dear Colleague,

Every day we hear from employers large and small how regulations from Washington make it harder for them to do business. Over the past several years unelected bureaucrats have imposed burdensome regulations on the American people at a historic rate.

Americans are frustrated by the lack of growth in our economy, which has failed to reach its potential because small businesses and innovation are being hurt by regulations. That is why I introduced the Article I Restoration Act (H.R. 3506). By requiring all
new regulations to sunset after 3 years, this legislation will empower Congress and give the American people a voice when it comes to deciding which regulations should be enacted and reauthorized in Washington.

Please join me in restoring the role of Congress and reforming the rulemaking process to help the American people and unleash our economy.

To join as a co-sponsor of H.R. 3506, please contact Johnathan Sargent in my office at Johnathan.sargent@mail.house.gov.

Sincerely,

Bill Posey
Member of Congress
