Join us in representing the interests of our Hungarian American constituents, fostering strong bilateral ties between Hungary and the United States, and protecting the rights of Hungarian minorities in Europe.

As co-Chairs of the Congressional Hungarian-American Caucus, we are writing to invite you to join us in providing a strong voice for Hungarian-American issues in Congress.

The Caucus, originally established in 2003, continues a constructive dialogue with Hungary and the more than 1.5 million Hungarian Americans in the U.S. The Caucus will continue to build on the important work of the late Congressman Tom Lantos, as we engage
with the Hungarian American community in the United States, the Hungarian Parliament, and the Hungarian Government.

By joining the Hungarian-American Caucus, you will help to expand the ever-growing group of friends of Hungary on Capitol Hill, supporting one of our great allies in Europe. Hungary joined the ranks of democratically elected governments after the 1989 collapse
of the Soviet Union. Hungarian-American bilateral relations remain strong and growing, based on the values of freedom and liberty shared by the American and Hungarian people.
